A unique career
Gracious Care is a family run business that provides tailored care and support plans which enable customers to remain independent in their own homes. We are seeking part-time, full-time and weekend care assistants to deliver support to our customers based within Kent.
You must have homecare experience (but see above) - preferably gained in a professional capacity, although we will consider you if you have experience providing care to family/friends.

Pay rates of £12.73 to £21.74 per hour weekdays; £13.74 to £24.75 per hour weekends. 28 days holiday pro rata; company pension. Enhanced rates for bank holidays.

The majority of our care visits are 1 hour plus and we regularly have block hours available.
We provide you with our latest apps which give you access to information on the go and allow you to log in/log out of customers homes as well as providing real-time care plans.

About Gracious Care (Holdings) Limited
Gracious Care is for anyone who wishes to remain independent in their own home but requires a level of help. Join our fully trained support team and you can help make a difference to dependent and vulnerable folk in both domestic and personal care tasks.
Our customers will have lost confidence following a fall. Or perhaps support is needed after either minor surgery or an extended spell in hospital. Some of our customers have had a dementia diagnosis. They have a lifetime of fascinating memories to share and need more support or a live-in carer to assist so that their spouse or partner can give more time and attention to care. Whatever our customers need, the extra help of Gracious Care home care and personal care services can make all the difference to the way they can live a fulfilled life.
Gracious Care visits can start from as little as 30 minutes. We offer a full range of options for various duration of assistance according to requirements including up to several visits a day or multiple hours of care such as a sitting service giving the opportunity for the whole family to revitalise itself.
